British influencer and former Made in Chelsea star Louise Thompson has released a vintage-inspired jewellery collection with Carrie Elizabeth Jewellery.

Thompson, who recently opened up about her critical health issues, commented 'Many of the pieces are particularly meaningful to me because they are inspired by my journey.
